Photography Work
Vladimir Zubankov
Vladimir is an independent photographer and visual artist currently based in Bangkok, Thailand. His creative practice is deeply rooted in the intersections of documentary photography, street realism, and urban sociology. Rather than capturing traditional, idealized representations of geographical locations, Vladimir focuses on the internal rhythm of cities, investigating how human warmth and cultural traditions adapt to rigid architectural landscapes.
Sergiy Pudich
Sergiy Pudich is a Ukrainian filmmaker based in Bangkok. After 13 years directing fiction, documentaries and commercials, he shoots 35mm photography across Southeast Asia.
Lee
From Firearms to Photography: in classic American fashion, Lee’s photographic journey began when he took an interest in Wet Plate photography after seeing a field camera in use while he was performing as a Civil War reenactor in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, USA. From there he picked up an old Darlot Petzval camera and practiced wet plating and lighting techniques to create vintage portraits. After exhausting this practice to its absolute limits, Lee moved to a faster form of photography with medium format film on a Rolleiflex. It is said that you are more likely to collect something once you have two of it, so from here his camera addiction began. Today Lee does not know how many vintage and digital cameras he has, but this inspires him to shoot with a new perspective each time. His cameras and processing skills span every format of film and digital, with large format photography forever holding a special place in his heart.
Egor Kaneev
Egor Kaneev is a Bangkok-based visual artist and photographer from Russia. Since picking up his first camera in 2016, photography has remained a constant part of his life and an evolving form of self expression. His practice centres on the human figure as a complex sculptural form in constant dialogue with space and movement, at times dissolving into the collective flow of life, at others emerging as an autonomous expression of universal dynamics. Moving between portraiture, documentary, nude, and abstraction, his images navigate the tension between reality and artifice, finding new forms in the familiar and creating worlds beyond the everyday. Egor continues to explore different mediums and techniques, presenting his work in solo and group exhibitions in Bangkok and Russia. Alongside his artistic practice, he works as a Director of Photography on artistic and commercial film projects.
